JC Stoddard offers owners and design teams construction management services.

These services include review of documents for constructability issues, cost estimates, value engineering opportunities, long lead material identification & scheduling. JC Stoddard can also provide owners with guaranteed maximum price (GMP). Once the GMP is accepted the project begins and all services continue. This process can save the owner valuable time and money.
